IAB Playfronts – Forging a New Path for Brands in the Metaverse with Bidstack

Our Co-Founder and Managing Director Francesco Petruzzelli hosted a session at the IAB’s first-ever Playfronts in New York alongside Yasin Dabhelia (VP Programmatic Partnerships at Bidstack) and Keith Soljacich (Head Of Innovation at Publicis Media) in April 2022.

The session unpacked the evolution of in-game advertising and explored how brands can deliver authentic experiences in virtual environments that respect the player, maximize effectiveness and maintain attention more effectively than other channels.

His presentation was followed by a panel session on the future frontiers of advertising alongside Keith Soljacich and Yasin Dabhelia. They delved into the evolution of brand activations in gaming, what role gaming is currently playing in marketing strategies and took a look at how the metaverse will continue to shape and influence the advertising landscape as it develops.
