An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our growing team. Our office is home to a hugely talented development team working on projects that will define the future relationship between gamers, game developers and advertisers by enhancing the gaming experience with real world, rich advertising.

As our Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our third party demand partners. You will rely on your programmatic expertise to monitor revenue and performance, and troubleshoot any technical issues which may rise across our portfolio, liaising with internal teams such as product and engineering where necessary.  

 

Main Responsibilities Include

  • To liaise with and build strong working relationships with our reseller partners, working to ensure our revenue goals are met.
  • Work closely with an internal team of sales, supply, product and engineering to ensure alignment across priorities and output.
  • Be responsible for cross-market reporting, analysis and escalation, working with sales and senior stakeholders to develop a growth strategy across our regional and international partners.
  • Manage our programmatic connections, evangelising in-game externally and working with internal stakeholders to ensure sustained revenue growth.  
  • Identify and develop amends to structure and process to improve workflow and automation.
  • Where relevant help to organise, host, and manage client off-sites, training and entertainment events 
  • London based hybrid work, 3 days a week in the office

Qualifications/Experience

To be a strong fit for this opportunity you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing clients / partners – preferably at an SSP or DSP.
  • Programmatic knowledge of both demand and supply ecosystems
  • Knowledge of or interest in the In-Game / Gaming space
  • Proven ability to identify problems, troubleshoot and manage both internal and external stakeholders when identifying solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Agile approach to work in a high growth environment with a strong ability to identify priorities
